Spare room in 8 bed house from July 2012 - Headingley

Hello, we have just signed for an 8 person house with
tenancy starting July 2012. Unfortunately one of us has dropped out so there is
now a spare room. It is a large and really nice house so we don't want to lose
it. It has a large living room, large kitchen, all 8 bedrooms are double beds
and a small garden. We are all males aged 19 - 21, but are looking for anyone to join us...
