Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees oversees the strategic, financial and legal affairs of the Union. Chaired by the President, it has all the Executive Board members on it along with four appointed students and five external members who give expert advice to the Board. The Board has three Committees which deal with large amounts of specific business, they are the Nominations and Governance Committee, Finance and Audit Committee, and Employment and Remuneration Committee.
